Dear Valued CityPets client,
It’s important to us at CityPets to keep our patients, clients, and staff healthy and happy. We want to provide an update on what we are doing to keep everyone as safe as possible while we navigate through the constantly evolving situation around COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
We ask that you reschedule your pet’s appointment if any of the following apply to you:
- You are experiencing a fever or symptoms of respiratory illness such as cough or difficulty breathing
- You have symptoms of the flu, bronchitis, or are not feeling well
- Close contact with a person confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19
Current Office Hours:
- Sunday and Monday Closed
- Tuesday through Friday: 8 am to 6pm
- Saturday: 8 am to 1 pm
As of May 25th, 2023, we will no longer be requiring clients to wear masks while in the office and interacting with staff unless you are experiencing any of the aforementioned symptoms. We will be allowing two clients into the exam rooms per exam appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, you may come into the lobby. You will be checked in by one of our receptionists and then escorted back to an exam room.
We are seeing patients for routine services, however the appointment will be scheduled for no more than 2 weeks before services are due. For example, if your pet is due for vaccines on April 14th, we will work with you to schedule an appointment between April 1st and April 14th. If your pet is overdue we will schedule for the earliest possible appointment.
We know these changes may cause some inconvenience and we greatly appreciate your understanding and help during this difficult time. We care about our patients, you, and our wonderful staff and want to keep everyone healthy and happy.
